Nolan Commercial operates from a 33,000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility in South Wales, which houses manufacturing, administration and distribution under one roof, including a 4,500 sq ft walk-in design studio. A further operational depot and two-storey design studio is located in Cardiff.
Manufacturing excellence is guaranteed by using the latest technology and because Nolan Commercial has been making frames for 20 years, its fabrication team is Wales' most experienced.
In the PVCu department two computerised machines oversee the preparation, cutting, welding and cleaning to ensure timely production and maintain the high levels of quality demanded. This makes sure that all the products leaving the factory are standardised and of the highest quality.
The aluminium manufacturing department is equipped with a twin head mitre saw with multiple bar loading and large cutting capacity making it particularly suitable for large volume production runs. There is also a twin head copy router for profiling extrusions and milling slots to suit hinges, etc. These operations are supplemented by a horizontal end-miller / corner cleaner.
Production is further streamlined in the glass factory with a new delivery system in place. Using Pilkington's float liner up to 10 packs of glass can now be delivered at a time - saving both time and money.
The manufacturing set up at Nolan Commercial means no job is too big or too small. Nolan Commercial welcomes bespoke work as well as high volume production runs for complete PVCu and aluminium systems.
