Project Overview:
After planning was granted in August 2008, work started on a major and significant project to develop an 8,000 sq ft, £900,000 farm shop and grill at Cwmcerrig.
Nolan Commercial was asked to supply and install 10 new windows, 1 French door, 1 residential door and 2 automated aluminium shop entrance doors.
Automated doors are becoming an extremely popular shop-front feature. The design and efficient operation of the doors installed provide an extremely practical, but modern solution to everyday access for the business.
Overall the new build project took five months to complete. Materials were sourced locally wherever possible and now the business has a state-of-the-art cutting room, kitchen, bakery, produce section, traditional butchery and 100-seater restaurant. |
