At Nolan uPVC, we will continue to strive to provide unrivalled service at every point of the process from enquiry to installation while strictly adhering to social distancing measures and safety procedures given by the Government and Public Health Wales.
All staff are temperature checked on arrival to work daily and if readings are higher than 37.8 degrees then staff should not work and self-isolate. All staff have been given workplace procedure training in order to follow the social distancing measures. Staff are told to wash and sanitise their hands at every opportunity during the day.
Here are some of the procedures taken by Nolan uPVC to ensure all staff and customer safety:
EnquiryWe now have a quoting engine available on the website so you can get a rough estimate* from the comfort of your own home. No fuss and no pressured sales environment.
*Prices subject to change with colours, glazing options etc.
SurveyingFull PPE is mandatory and enforced at the discretion of the customer. Surveyors can work alone where safe to do so. Confirmation that they are happy for us to enter their property is to be given by every customer upon arrival.
ManufacturingAll staff are to follow the workplace safety procedures, social distancing is maintained due to 50,000 square feet of factory space to work in. Sanitising stations are located throughout the factory and all products are spray sanitised before delivery.
InstallationFull PPE is mandatory; face masks, gloves, coveralls for all installation staff. All surfaces and touch points will be thoroughly cleaned before and after installations as well as all new products spray sanitised also. Risk assessments are taken before every new installation and all equipment is cleaned after use.
In addition to the above we have a number of other safety procedures that we are following. We are happy to answer any questions that you have in relation to COVID-19 procedures and safety on site.
