The last thing anyone could have expected occurred during our MBO at the start of 2020. The coronavirus pandemic completely turned the world on its head. As businesses readjusted to the changes, we were pleasantly surprised to see an upsurge in demand for windows and doors following the lifting of gathering restrictions.
We are happy to thank our incredible suppliers, like Deceuninck, that allowed us to meet this increased demand head-on. Their amazing support is what has allowed us to grow throughout the past 3 years into an industry-leading provider of windows, doors, and conservatories throughout Wales and South Wales. With OTIF (on time in full) of over 90%, Deceuninck has proven to be an excellent, mutually beneficial partnership with whom we are pleased to work for the foreseeable future.
