Great service from start to finish - had 2 doors installed and the 2 fitters (Stuart and Kirk) couldn't have been more polite and friendly. I would not hesitate in recommending if you are thinking of using Nolan!

Karolyne in the office is a fantastic 1st point of call the fitters and then when I had some tweaking needed on the patio door the engineer that came was great too. I will always go back to Nolan. We’ve used Nolan in the past so it was an easy decision to go with them when we needed 6 new windows fitted. We had all 6 fitted today after a small delay due to Covid / Brexit. Nolan sent 2 teams so that the work could all be carried out in one day. The guys turned up on time, were polite and friendly and cleaned up before they left. I am very pleased with Nolan’s windows. They recently replaced my first floor flat windows (five in number with two large ones). Starting with the Shona the sales woman who was courteous to the surveyors who visited the site twice and were professional to Caroline from customer care who rang daily while the job being done and finally to the installers Ian and Wayne who worked hard and paid attention to the smallest of details to ensure the customer is satisfied. I needed replacement windows & doors and new aluminium bifold widows for extension. Brilliant service provided from first point of contact with sales manager through to help with choosing the best product and installation. Quality of product is excellent, installation was perfectly done with meticulous finishing. The whole process was superb so I cannot recommend Nolan highly enough.
